Hi yall, I have been lurking around this forum for a while. Usually i read (and occasionally post) in the BAF, but have been here as well.. I just want to say that you guys seem so be some of the most supportive people on OH...that's not discrediting anyone, because most of the forums i have visited have nice people, but yall seem to be really helpful in dealing with issues/emotional side of weight loss journeys *struggles lol*. I just wanted to introduce myself and say that i will be around here more often. janeen

Well Shari, I've only been over there a few times myself -- it's very WLS intensive. But, as I understand it, all you need are some sunglasses, a hat, a raincoat and a screen name that's as far removed from Mary Sue or Joe Bob as you can get. They'll never know the difference.

Welcome aboard Janeen, glad to have you join us. Yeah, I know what you mean about the other forums. I think a lot of people don't understand the "support" part of a support message board. Sometimes I can only shake my head at some of the comments that people post, that is when I'm not laughing hysterically.
