You've come to the right place. With the exception of Shari and Janina (is there anyone else I'm not thinking of?) this group consists of people trying to lose the weight without surgery. Not saying that some won't eventually have surgery but for now, for whatever reasons, we're trying to go it alone. We let Shari and Janina hang out with us because we luv them and don't know what we would do without their bright and smiling faces.

That's what this board is all about. Old school weight loss. Shari and I are the only two currently going through weight loss via surgery. We hang out here because we both had to lose weight pre-op, and this board was a big help.
