Weigh In
My weight has been fluctuating the last month where I'll lose then gain a pound or two the next week only to lose that and a lot more. Go figure. I just keep plugging along at counting calories. My hip is all healed, though left leg is still giving problems, but I've been able to resume my exercising again. Now the great part, as of yesterday, I have now lost 30lbs. I'm now officially below 350...EXCELLENT.
I'm hoping to add water exercising to my routine in the next week, TOM willing. My cycle has been a little messed up these last 2-1/2 weeks. Sorry guys, I know...TMI.
Hey Gael, It sure does make a difference. Every day things are easier now, which I'm so happy about. Yes I'm on the VSG forum too. I'm still researching options, but if I have to go WLS route I definitely want to go wtih VSG. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't say it covers it but I'll climb over that hurdle if I have to. Until then I keep plugging away. Melinda
Yeah!!!! Woohoo to you, Melinda! TMI back atcha...my TOM is fouled up as well. It does wreak havoc on the weight flux, though. In my case, it affects my appetite for a day or so previous...i am strangely insatiable, and after all these years, I kind of go with it, but try to make the extra food be fruit or veggies.
I for some weird reason stepped onto my home scale this morning and it said 183! If I recall, that is two pounds down. AND it is my TOM. I am hoping that means an even bigger loss when this crap is over.
makes me feel very motivated!
