1 mug coffee
2 cups water
3/4 cup orange juice
Lunch
Small box bran flakes with sweetener and 1% milk
2 sausage patties or links
1 potato cake (not sure if this is in there or not)
Fruit ****tail
2 large whole wheat flat breads
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Smoky Paprika Chicken Thighs
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
