Newbie-weighing my options and I'm skeptical

The most important part is do something, any little thing, each day. Try the next day to do that and something else as well. Little things add up. Back in January I could only walk about 100 yards at a time. By the end of May I was able to walk over two miles.
And when you get off track, find a way to get back on!
