1 mug hazelnut coffee

Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush
1% milk
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Spicy Chicken with Pepper & Chickpeas
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
Candy or 1 large Slimfast bar
3 cups popcorn
2 cups water
