My first week with Alli and I have lost 5 whole pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been a little bit to get use to since before I was watching only carbs and calories before. Alli recommended an 1800 cal diet with 19g fat per meal for me, but the 1800 calories is really to much for me. So I have been sticking with 1200 to 1400 calories for the day and 15g of fat per meal. I had to remind DH why I am trying to lose weight, so my hungry bear has settled down some. I actually have felt pretty good this week, and exercised more.
