1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Frozen meal - protein, starch, fruit, & vegetable
4 slices 12-grain bread
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover crockpot chicken
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
or
Eat out with in-laws
