Only 30 days to go until I have six month's abstinence! Then I can start leading at OA meetings!
Breakfast
4 small buckwheat pancakes with margarine & light syrup
2 scrambled eggs
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Morning Snack
1 chocolate donut
1 small slice of cake
1 small cookie
1 mug coffee
Lunch
1 toasted ham & cheese sandwich with 12-grain bread
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can clam chowder
1/4 slice cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water
