Keeping myself accountable!
I am on day six of my self made high protein controlled good carb only diet. WOW am I doing great. #1 I have successfully kept to under 1300 calories a day and I need to add with absolutely no pain. #2 I have written absolutely everything I put in my mouth on my FITDAY.COM #3 Because I have been keeping track I have been very close to my 50% protein 20% carbs
30% fat
I am so happy about this... Because of following all my rules, I have not only a renewed spirit, feeling more in control then I have in so... long but also renewed energy. I have a long way to go but this week I have spend 2.5 hours beautifying my backyard incl. pool and my kitchen living room and dining room are so clean even my mother could just stop by and not bother me. I love this surge of energy. If you remember folks. This is the same person who a week ago, couldn't get past 4 pm without a nap. Just wanted to share some joy. Gina
