I am abstinent from compulsive overeating.
Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/3 cups grits
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 large whole wheat flatbreads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh Spicy Chicken with pepper and chickpeas
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
