Welcome to our little "family" This is a great bunch of people who inspire me and support me. I didn't like fitday, so I keep track of my stuff on sparkpeople.com. They also have message boards, etc, but I prefer to stay here to do that, lol.  I posted on another board that you and I had similar stories about previous weight loss. I am more determined than ever to lose this weight and my goal at the end of this, is to enlist in the Army. Yes, sounds crazy I know, but I don't want to bore you with deails, lol.  Anywho, I hope you succeed on your weight loss journey!!!

I am on a 1600-calorie diabetic food plan.  I also belong to Overeaters Anonymous, and have an abstinence from compulsive overeating of 147 days now. Denise Phares

I also wanted to add that I use www.fitday.com every day to keep tabs on how many calories I am taking in.  I can take in anywhere from 1600 to 2100 calories and still lose weight.

Sorry about your denial! I know that's got to be frustrating!  Glad to see you have no-loss attitude!  Welcome to the board!
