2 large whole wheat flatbreads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 nectarine
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with skin, spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can vegetable soup
12 cherries
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
