Abstinence - Day 142
Yesterday afternoon I weighed myself, because I was feeling depressed. Lo and behold, I've lost two more pounds! I've lost 5 pounds altogether in June 2007, leaving me at a total loss of 17 pounds so far!
Breakfast
1 banana
1 whole grain English muffin with margarine
1 scrambled egg
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush
1% milk
Dinner
1 cup leftover Slow Cookier Bubble Pizza
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
Diet root beer
Evening Snack
3 cups popcorn
2 cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water
