10 Days of Liquids Left
Also known as day Two of the Stomach Hostage Crisis. Had to scale the exercise back to 45 minutes of water aerobics and 20 of free weights-- this crap makes you feel woozy. Drinking is kinda gross, since the stuff in my belly is all bloaty and liquidy and yucky.
Just think-- only 22 days until I get to CHEW again!
I'll weigh in on Sunday.
Good news--- I hear the bowel prep makes you lose 7-10 pounds!

OMG! Just be careful... This come from a compulsive ice chewer. when I quit smoking I chewed ice like a fiend! Its bad for your teeth! Musta had something to do with the oral gratification thing! I also developed a freakish addiction to ice chewing last year. Turns out I was anemic,and it was a symptom! Bizarre I say - but true. It went away once the anemia was under control. Anyways... it also can make your heart race if you do it too much. Make sure its CRUSHED ice, and just suck on it (vs chewing)
