Alli Day #10

I gained a half pound, but I am down 5.5 pounds in 2 weeks There were a few variables that could have affected my loss this week. 1.) no exercise 2.) Missed pills for one day (I left them at work) 3.) While I have been eating phase 2 friendly foods, I have caught myself       snacking a little too much this week So... going into week #3, I plan on changing all of the above I am not feeling discouraged, because I am still down, and I know what I need to do to get things going. My goal for the next update is to have lost 3 pounds, and hopefully I will make it As far as side effects go, I have had none, so I am coasting along... Stay tuned, I will be checking in next Friday

5.5 in just 2 weeks is great.  I think if you start exercisng that you will have a loss next week.  Glad to hear that you're still not  experiencing any unpleasant side effects.  Thanks for the update.

I was in Walmart the other day, and the Alli display looks like it had been under siege. Whether it works or not, I don't know, but I can tell you Walmart shoppers sure think it will!

Snuggle: Congrats on the drop. I have a question..How many calories are you taking in daily?

I do not calculate my caloric intake I prepare all of my meals using organic, non fat, or low fat ingredients, and only whole grains if I use a starch. For dessert I will have fresh fruit, and for snacks I have unsalted/Raw nuts, or reduced fat cheese sticks. I also make sure that my portions are as big as my fist for all protien /  fruit, and unlimited for veggies.
