Tomorrow will be my monthly weighing. Wish me luck! Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup Rolling Oats cereal (like Cheerios) 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug instant coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 small plain pita breads with spinach, tomato slices, 7 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mustard or dressing 1 nectarine 2 cups water Dinner Rotisserie chicken breast 1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine 1 can vegetable soup 17 grapes 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 1/2 cup no sugar, low fat cookie dough ice cream Denise Phares
I weigh once a month because otherwise, I start getting obsessed about my weight and worrying about how I'm eating too much. I couldn't stand LA Weight Loss with their weighing you three times a week. I was always on an emotional roller coaster. The same with Weigh****chers with their weighing you every single week. I only want to think about my weight once a month.
