Hello everyone,

Sorry I haven't spoken much but I have been in the sponge stage, you know read and soak it up.

Well since my hyatis(sp?) I have a WOW. I am now in ONEderland. I got on the scale 3 times and the consensus was 198!!!!!!!! I have not been under 200 lbs is several years.

Sorry Gael I slipped, I just couldn't resist the scale. Usually I do pretty good, but something this morning said "GET ON THE SCALE".
