Breakfast 1 banana 1 cup raisin bran 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug instant coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 small plain pita breads with spinach, tomato slices, 7 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mustard 9 prunes 2 cups water Dinner Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese 1 can vegetable soup 17 grapes 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Denise Phares
