I feel that they are filling.  I usually eat one around 8:30am then eat lunch at around 11:30 or 12 or so on so it keeps me pretty content until then.

Okay, that sounds good, I'll start looking for them.  Might be cheaper to get them on-line though, I'll check it out.

I love pear slices dipped in ricotta cheese that's been mixed with a little Splenda and cinnamon. Depending on how many calories I can afford, I sometimes throw some pumpkin seeds into the ricotta mix. MMM. For chocolate-y stuff, I love VitaTops, but it's probably not an obsession that makes sense to maintain forever, because they're only available online for me. I hate that I found out about these on Hungry-Girl, because that website normally drives me nuts!

For all of the Peanut Butter lovers of the world: Better 'N Peanut Butter is awesome and only has 2g fat for 2 tbsps!  It's made from peanuts, but somehow they've "magically" reduced the fat from 14g for 2 tbsps to just 2.  Sometimes we just have to looooooooovvveee science.  This is is available at organic food stores and Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and occasionally Bristol Farms.  Couldn't find it at Kroger, Vons or Ralphs.  But it is popping up more regularly though.   I soften this in the microwave and spoon over a 1/2 cup of fat free vanilla frozen yogurt.  Yum!    -Joanna

These are my favorites: Coco Via - Chocolate covered almonds (dark chocolate) - 1 bag = 120 calories  Atkins' Peanut Nougat Caramel Bar - 150 calories - Lotta fiber and protein, 0-1g sugar. (They taste like snickers to me.. If you can get accustom to the taste.. they can really hit the spot)    Land O' Lakes makes sugar free whipped cream from the can. A couple of squirts of that is ok. Not sure about the calorie content but from a sugar perspective and taste.. Not too bad IMO. You just gotta watch the number of squirts since cream = fat.
