My sister is coming over and the two of us are going shopping at a couple of craft stores. Then my DB and I will grill for the three of us. We're having hot dogs (only Ball Park beef as DB is allergic to any others), pasta salad, veggies for me, and macaroni & cheese for my DB and sister. All in all, a great day with my wonderful boyfriend and sister. Can't think of anything better. Should be a relaxing and fun holiday.

I'll be celebrating my independence from the tyranny of oppressive body-mistreatment by eating one last burger (which got me here in the first place!) Thursday AM starts the all liquid diet. By Saturday I will be a raving lunatic, I promise you! I'm not kidding people-- starting Thursday, Shari's on a VisionQuest to lose 12 pounds in 12 days, or die trying. No idea what's possible on liquids. None!

I had several options, but I inherited a case of Optifast, so that's what I am doing. That plus yogurt and popsicles. I think I will be just fine-- it's easy when you live alone-- I have no food here now!

Yeah, I think it would be much harder if you had people around you eating "normally".
