1 mug instant coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 small plain pita breads with spinach, tomato slices, 7 slices healthy turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mustard
1 nectarine
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Bubble Pizza from crockpot
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
