1/2 can reduced fat corn beef hash
2 poached eggs
9 small thin buckwheat pancakes with honey, light syrup, and margarine
3/4 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch (from Rally's)
2 chili dogs
1/2 large french fry
12 oz. banana shake
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can mixed vegetables, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 Klondike Bar
2 cups water
