Hi debi
I am not sure if my piddly 12# since february qualifies as an WW expert, but i love WW. This is my 3rd try with WW, it's not the program that fails, it's me who flakes. I have lost up to 30# with WW in the past.
I love it because i can eat what "everybody else" eats. For me, i will only walk a thin line for a certain time, then I feel the need to get back to eating "normal" foods. I love to cook and while I have a certain repertoire of very tasty low fat recipes, I want to eat the richer foods too once in a while.
Right now in fact i am doing bariatric foods most days all day long at work. I love the convenience, the added protein has made a differecne in how hungry i feel - I don't feel hungry most days when I eat more lean protein! I put those foods into my WW online recipes so they have WW points assigned to them.
I encourage you to do the online piece...great tool to visualize your food plan. Best of luck! Keep us up on hwo you do!

I have been on WW for a little over two years. Of my 150 lost, 137 has been with Weigh****chers.
I really don't feel like I'm on a diet. I like to count the points like money, but I'm thinking of trying the Core Plan.
If you haven't already, check out the WW boards. Lots of post-ops find their way to WW, especially on the 100+/200+ to Lose Board.
My screenname at WW is OWBody. Hope you'll drop a line!
Hi
Thanks to you all for the replies. So far I am enjoying weigh****chers. I'm going to keep it up because its important that I don't start grazing1. Should keep me on the straight and narrow. Good luck to you all for your efforts!

I always had a hard time with weigh****chers because there's too much room for error. I'd stay within the limits but make poor food choices, so skip breakfast, have a big mac for lunch and then chinese for dinner and as long as I was in my points, I thought I was doing well. No no no. There's more to it than just the points. Rough stuff.
