June 29, 2007 Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit 1 cup assorted cold cereal samples 1 mug instant coffee 1 cup 1% milk 2 cups water Lunch 2 sausage patties 1 potato cake 1 slice french toast with light syrup Fruit ****tail 2 slices whole grain bread 1 whole wheat large pita bread 2 cups water Dinner (from Popeye's) 3 pieces dark meat fried chicken 1 large mashed potato 1 small cole slaw 1 biscuit 1-1/2 cups 1% milk June 30, 2007 Breakfast 1 large whole grain bagel with crunchy no sugar peanut butter 1 small banana 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug brewed hazelnut coffee (yum!) 2 cups water Lunch 1 cup cornmeal mush 1% milk Dinner 2 hamburgers on whole grain buns 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 can light fruit ****tail 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 3 cups popcorn Small bag or box of candy 2 cups water Denise Phares
