Breakfast 1-1/3 cups grits 1 cup 1% milk 3/4 cup orange juice 1 mug instant coffee 2 cups water Lunch Country-fried steak (small) 1/3 cups rice 1/3 cups mixed vegetables 1/3 cups applesauce 2 whole wheat flatbreads 2 cups water Dinner 1-1/4 cups Nothing To It Chili (leftovers) 1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine 1/2 can light fruit ****tail 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Denise Phares
