So... what's everyone's favorite dinner recipe?  (i need some healthy ideas) mine is grilled lite kielbasa, and grilled squash, and zucchini, with grilled watermelon for dessert.

Grilled watermelon???  How's that taste?    I like to to do a turkey stir fry.    I brown some ground turkey, add in your favorite veggies (I do broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini and onion) and then I add in lite soy sauce. I also have a lite terriyaki marinade/sauce that I sometimes add in. I use only pepper to season because the soy sauce takes care of the rest but if you have any spices you prefer then of course add them in.  I serve it over rice but you could eat it as is.  It's quick, simple and filling.

I have to agree with her, grilled watermelon is yummy! But my fave is grilled pineapple!!! Ever have grilled peaches them are yummy too! Le me think of my favorite dinner foods. Hmm...I'm boring actually I like grilled chicken and chicken this and chicken that....oh oh! Fried baked chicken! Low fat. lol. I take chicken breast or tenders and coat them in egg then in crushed cornflakes with seasoning...any kind you want. then I throw them in the oven the're really good all crispy almost like the good ol fattening fried chicken! :) And Shari's pizza idea. Low fat or low carb wraps or tortilla's...put some pizza sauce on it and low fat cheese and whatever toppings that float your boat...it is soooo good and totally takes the pizza craving away!

Hmmm...it would have to be lean pork or turkey Thai burritos.   The sauce is a little labor intensive, but yummmmmm  Can wrap them in lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas. Look back on my posts to find the recipe...I posted it a while ago.

My current favorites are: 1) The aforementioned pizzas (my favorite now is taco meat made from ground turkey, plus lowfat cheddar, salsa and fat free sour cream.) 2) Lean Cuisine's Chicken in Peanut Sauce   3) Pre- cooked turkey, with mashed potatoes, green beans and mushrooms 4) Chicken Caesar Salad with low-fat dijon dressing from Saladworks 5) Any soup, but especially bean soups Ask me again in a month, when my favorite will be something like "a quarter cup of pureed crap"-- or next week, when it'll be "a juice box full of chemically balanced crap."

It's worth the search. I am a total LC Chicken in Peanut Sauce junky. When I  find it I buy every box they have. Always feels like cheating when I have it.
