Abstinence - Day 135
Since somebody asked on another post, I have lost 15 pounds so far since February 2007.
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Rolling Oat cereal (like Cheerios)
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug instant coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Honey mustard chicken (small piece)
Yam
Vegetable
Fruit
2 large whole wheat flatbreads
2 cups water
Dinner*
Already cooked rotisserie chicken breast with skin
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

*ran out of vegetables - I get them with the frozen meals at lunchtime.
