Not really... You can say some high number like 60 lbs or something. Heck if anything you have to work harder I would think. I mean, you're gonna be brand new at WLS and have to go through all of the icky food and hard stuff the first month.

Hey Chris, on second thought I think you might be right, but 60 pounds in 6 months may not be enough of a challenge for Shari. Shari why don't you make it 100 to make things interesting. I'm game if you are.

I've already been eating icky foods for 5 months (and lost almost 60) I'll think about it. I don't think numerical goals are a great idea just yet...we'll see. Right now goal #1 is survival.
