Breakfast

1 mug instant coffee
2 cups water
Lunch (one of my client's frozen meals)
Turkey fritter (small)
1/3 cup scalloped potatoes
Mixed vegetables
Fruit (don't know what yet)
2 large whole wheat flatbreads
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken tenders with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

For lunch, I ran out of healthy lunch meat, and I have no money to buy more right now. So I'll improvise with one of my client's leftover frozen meals.
