Tali's Journey - Day 16
Everything is on track -- diet, exercise and colon cleanse. I noticed that when I did my exercise this morning that it was much easier than the previous two weeks. The 20 minutes on the bike is getting really easy so I'm going to up it two 25 minutes in a week or so. I will eventually increase it to 30 minutes because my goal is 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. Once I increase my time to 30 minutes I'll start increasing the resistance on the bike, which will burn more calories. Currently I have it on level 1 (no resistance) which is enough for me now until I get more conditioned. My lower body strength training was easier this morning as well. So I am making progress, it will just take a while for my body to get use to daily exercise.
