What is your Theme Song?? What song is your motivator to get up and get active?? I just got an Ipod and wanted to put some ~ booty shaking, fast paced, dance music on it to help motivate my workouts. What is the one song that does that best for you?? I found these on UTube while watching some vlogs I don't know the names of the songs so if you do help me out that would be great too :)

I could not pick one best song...there are many! I'd have to say it would be a Stones song...and my fave is Gimme Shelter. My favorite album to walk/jog to is Bob Seger, Live Bullet. Katmandu, Ramblin Man....wow that gets me off my ass no matter what!

I remember doing dancersize at one time when I was thin. I ended up injurying my foot, so I don't do exercise to music any more. I just walk, or do the exercises my client does (she has MS). Denise Phares

OMG, shari......blew coffee all over my keyboard! But seriously, kitties, your post struck me equally... Do I read that right? ONE time you hurt your foot during musically inspired exercise and you stopped listening to music???? AND succumbed to very low level movement? I can see why you might not want to risk hurting your foot again, but there must be 10 other types of exercise one can do that would not hurt your foot and challenge you more than chair exercising?????
