Tali's Journey - Day 14 (WI Day)

I was very happy when I got on the scale this morning and discovered that despite my vacation feasting and my junk food issues earlier in the week, I still managed to lose 2.6 pounds this week.  Must of been all of that walking and climbing of stairs that I did in Vegas.  So, to keep the momentum going I'm on my way downstairs to workout.

isn't that great????  Thanks for posting that...so often vaca is scary for the weight gain possibilities!  Good for you. Nice work.

Thanks ladies!   You know, I think this is the only vacation that I've ever gone on that I didn't gain a couple of pounds, and it feels really good. Okay, so I've done my workout and now I think I'll just do a few things around the house and chill out.
