My opinion on Alli Weight Loss Drug (Orlistat)

Hi ! I just wanted to write a few lines in regards to the new Alli drug because a lot of people are asking me about it because of my posts. I wrote it on my blog here if you want to read more extensively. (http://www.themorbidme.com/2007/06/alli-the-new-we.html) I used to use Xenical (twice the Orlistat dose than Alli) for many years. And all the side effects where horrible... but, it is this kind of drug where you actually "see" it working... so i got kind of convinced it was working... well, I honestly never knew if it was the drug that helped me loose weight or it was my diet and exercise... To make a long story short (you can read more in my blog) : A drug like Alli, DOES block the fat from being absorbed, but it has little or no impact over your overall weigh loss. I also found this interesting article from a Mayo Clinic doctor where he also talks about the minimal impact on weight loss. Just as a reminder... the trick to weight loss is Diet + Exercise + Changing your habits :)

Hi ! Yes, it is really amazing.. I was today at my local Walgreens here, and there was a sign on the entrance that said "Alli out of stock" i just can't believe it.. this really shoes you how people really will do anything BUT diet and exercise to loose weight! This is a hype......
