sounds like you're back in a good place. i tell you, lean cusisines have really improved in the past few years - my favs are chicken fried rice, chicken and peanut sauce and the new pork stir-fry. i always add some veggies in with it to make it look a little more substantial. i am not brave enough to branch out to other brands. i have had the refrigerated south beach lunch wraps that are pretty decent and they are kinda fun because you put them together yourself. i have never seen the frozen ones.
i'm sure you've heard this before, but you don't need to screw it up just because you have exciting things going on in the weekend. make a plan for how you're going to navigate the open house. maybe make only one trip to the buffett instead of grazing. do you have to be at the open house all day or could you drop your food contribution off and then run off for awhile so you're not sitting there next to the food all day? maybe make your contributions to the open house in healthier ways so that you know there will be some healthy options (cooking light has MANY good for you recipes that are palatable to "normal" people). maybe try to cap the drinking at 3 drinks or something. or at least use diet coke for the rum and coke. i hate to drink because i hate to waste the calories. at the very least you can make sure you eat well today and sunday and get a work out in saturday before you go partying and one in on sunday. i would just hate to see you let the positive momentum be thrown out the window because its a weekend.
