Hi Katy, Don’t know who your comments were directed to because you didn’t name names. Yesterday I came down on the side of no WLS unless the situation is dire, so you may have been referring to me, I don’t know. In any case, I appreciate a free exchange of ideas, thoughts and opinions. I think that as long as the ideas, thoughts and opinions are given in a respectful manner, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Although this site is geared towards people who have had, are going to have or who hope to have WLS, this particular forum “Non-Surgical Weight Loss” was put up as a place where people who, for whatever reasons, have decided not to have WLS. So, it doesn’t strike me as strange that “anti-WLS” opinions are expressed here from time to time. In fact, it would strike me as strange if they weren’t. Like Neecee said, as long as there’s no name calling or death threats, what’s the harm?
