I went to my bi-weekly weigh in and woo-hoo!!!! Please update me on your chart I'm down to 185.4.......I think that amounts to and 6.6 (1.8 wk + 4.8 biwk) since my last update with you so a grand total of 23.6 for my July 4th goal! 1.4 to go..... FIREWORKS!!!!!!

I came up with total loss of 24.1? 209.5-185.4=24.1, right? That means you only have .9lb. to go......I'm so envious, oh to be 185!!!!!!
