Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/3 cups grits
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mustard
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh Strawberry Chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

Actually, the recipe is "Spicy Apricot Glazed Chicken", which is one of my crockpot recipes. Since my husband doesn't like apricot jam, I use strawberry jam, mixed with onion flakes, parsley flakes, and french dressing, and pour it over the skinless chicken thighs in the crockpot. I put it on low for 6 to 8 hours, and voila! Strawberry chicken!
