You guys are too sweet. Thank you! I just caught this. Can you believe it...I overate last night, the most severely that I have in the last couple of months. Fortunately I have a great former therapist who still calls me and helps me deal with stuff. I'm trying not to let it ruin my birthday, hence the going out. As a birthday present to myself, I think I will be buying a gym membership to the Y, which is just a few blocks away. Anyway, thanks again! XOXO
