1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
Frozen vegetables
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 small Slimfast bar or 2 cinnamon graham crackers
