Alli?

I think because I have already been trying to stick to low-fat, I will stay away from Alli. I saw in my Fitness magazine that the new craze for celebrities is to combine Zantrax 3 & Relacore and maybe I will try that. I used Zantrax 3 in the past before with some good results, it just wasn't good enough for me at the time.
I wanted to be put on Phentermine, but because we moved, its a whole new ball game in HI.... here you have to go through the hospital's nutrition program to be prescribed ANY weight loss meds.... I'm sorry, I refuse to go to these ---- no offense to anyone who believes in going --- but I went to one in the past and this woman lectured all of us "fat girls" about what we should and shouldn't eat and the skinny ***** ate a candy bar and a Coke in front of us. Screw that, I have learned more by researching on sites like fitness and prevention!

So I'm looking for some reading material while eating dinner, and this is what I find.. Great laugh.. then comes that great thing we call imagery.... . Never heard of Alli, but I'll stay away.
I saw a blip about it on the national news tonight. I went to the "official" web site for Alli, and you can read all the info there. The side effects ect....I agree with the others who said if you are eating lo fat, its not worth it. Too bad they don't come up with something really safe, that would work on our brains!
