Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 2 slices fat-free American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo or mustard
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover rotisserie chicken breast
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
Frozen vegetables
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

Unfortunately, my sister severely criticized me in several e-mails, simply because I asked her to loan me $200.00 for shopping. We are currently not speaking or communicating by e-mail. I was very hurt by her criticism of my losing weight, my money problems, how I handle the car, having "too many" cats, feeding the outdoor cats, etc. She's a loving person, but when her critical side comes out, she can be merciless!
