Exercise--what do you do?

During the week and sometimes on the weekends I will use my LesLie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVD.  I have been just doing the 1 mile, but last Friday I went and did the 2 mile.  Now I alternate from the 1 to the 2.  On the weekends my BF and I do our shopping together so that's at least 2 - 5 hours of walking there.  I also work out in the yard on the weekends for 1 - 2 hours, sometimes more.  This week I'm planning on getting some weights so I can start strength training.  I don't get in a workout every day, but try for 3-5 times a week.

All I do is walk. I'm not into " bustin' a sweat " and " huffin' and puffin' "  its too hot for that in Houston! Walking works for me because its low impact on my knees.. which I had surgery on one due to being too big! Plus the other knee needs surgery due to weight, wear, and tear. Plus I don't feel like I can't move afterwards.
