Up 4 pounds

Hi everyone, After another week of procrastination, and poor eating, I have packed on 4 more pounds. I am detoxing for the next two weeks on South Beach phase 1, so if anyone needs tips, support, or whatever, and they are on phase 1, I am right in it with you. I am feeling sad about the state of my weight. I defanitley fell bloated, and just out of sorts, so I am doing my best to have a good week and not linger in the bad feelings. I am making a commitment to myself to exercise 3 days a week minimum, and I am actually looking forward to it, cause I picked up a "Sweatin to the Oldies" tape this weekend at a garage sale. My sister may also be comming to visit for my birthday in two weeks, so of coarse I want to staty on track so I don't feel so bloated when she comes. Here we go again....

Don't be too hard on yourself, just pick yourself up and get back on track again. Its ok to "fall down"  as long as you get back up and keep trying.  I've "fallen" this past week myself and ended up with a really bad attitude, but I'm back on track so far. Good luck!
