Sorry I haven't been around much lately, I get a chance to check the message board occasionally but been busy so not much time to post.....if ya'll want to post your updates here I'll update the chart today and post it with the info. I'M DOWN 1 LB. Not much, but at least in the right direction!!!!

I'll change my ticker tomorrow--- but for the moment, let me report that I am now at 316. 2....and my goal was 318 pounds by July 4th...so I guess I made it!

Thanks! I picked up the pace a tad in the past week-- that helped. I picked 318 because that'd be 2.5 pounds a week, which seemed fair. Luckily, things have been moving a little faster lately.

Hi, about 2 months ago we decided to do a challenge to see if we could stick to our weight loss goals. Everyone picked a goal wl and I posted it.....each week we update the losses (and/or gains). If you decide to join in now just remember that there is only ~3 wks.of the challenge left so don't set you goals too high.
