Well, no movement here-in either direction!!!!!!!!!   So, 7 weeks in and still at 18.8 lbs lost.  Just gotta move my ass more this week!!!! (and no pastries from Starbucks-  they somehow jumped into my mouth twice this week--- but I will say they were awfully good!) Anyway, have a great weekend everyone!  I'm off to enjoy a 25 mile bike ride in this great Chicago weather!!!! Katy

wish I was there for that ride, Katy! I am so inspired my one pound loss (ain't that pitiful???) that I am trying sooo hard to keep up my mojo here.  Starbucks bad in general...

Yeah, I know...Starbucks=bad for you....usually twice a week I'll get a grande coffee light frap. (120 cal.) or a grande decaf nonfat sugarfree vanilla latte (200 cals)  (yeah just to say it I lose half a pound-haha) and they're only 3-4 ww points, so I don't mind too much.  BUT, I usually never get the pastries because, OMG, one pastry is literally 10 ww points.  YIKES!  and that's the lowfat pastries!!!!!!!  My ride was awesome!  Thanks! And, Neecee you and I know, a pound is a pound and I'd much rather take it then leave it, right!  I also think at the point you are at that pound means so much more because you really have to work your ass of to get it.  But, one pound or 5, it's feels good to lose (or even stay even --on my part this week) Have fun camping! Can you ride your bike 25 miles without stopping?  I love to bike but this big girl gets sore if you know what I mean.  The other thing is that my hands go numb.  Don't know why.  I try holding the handle bars different ways but still they go numb.  I can go about 5 miles then I have to stop.  Starbucks is bad.  I love the coffe cake.   Now they have this orange frap thingy.  That thing has my name all over it.  Hey an orange is a fruit.

Hey momma!  I can bike 25 miles without stopping.  I bike at a pretty good pace.  At times I speed it up just to see how fast I can go and for how long, and then at other times I slow it down.  But I usually don't stop unless I have to cross a street or if I'm biking with someone else, we usually stop for a break.   But I built up to 25 miles.  I bought a great bike seat.  It's really wide and cushy (please no replies back with reference to my wide cushy ass either!!! haha), which really helps, if you know what I mean!  The seat that the bike came with was about the size of my thumb.  I thought to myself, omg, I'm gonna sit on it and it's gonna get lost!!!!!!!! My hands get numb too when I first start.  But after a few minutes they are fine.  I don't know why.  I bet Neecee knows, she's an expert.   Okay, get the orange thingy in light and then you only have to feel half as bad!  My pastry of choice is either the marble loaf or the coconutty chocolate chunk bar..........mmmmmmmmm!
