1 cup 2% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Toasted, 15-grain bread sandwich with turkey lunch meat and 2 slices American cheese
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 cup homemade vegetable soup with frozen mixed vegetables and beef broth
9 prunes
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
Evening Snack
Tiny box of Whitman's Sampler candy for our 14th wedding anniversary (had cards this morning).
