What did ya have my dear? Mine was good too. I had steamed zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and spinach in a diced tomato broth with a chicken breast. It was really good. I will have a sugar free Dryers Fruit Bar for desert.

Tortilla Pizza-- tonight was turkey taco meat with reduced fat cheese, no fat sour cream and salsa. It was soooo nummy!

Was hungry-- the Michelina's spaghetti I cooked at lunch was tossed in the trash because it looked seriously hideous. Ew!
