This weekend was good. Plenty of exercise and eating! Friday night - Turkey slices & crab salad w/ mixed greens, mushrooms, tomatoes, and 1/2 half atkins bar and 4 sugar free brownie bites. Saturday - Breakfast - 1 shake & half of Atkins bar. Lunch - 1/2 chicken breast w/ salad, ricotta cheese, and bacon bits, 1 Russell Stover's SF Caramel Medallion. Snack - Shake and 1/2 Atkins bar. Dinner - Crab salad w/mixed greens and cucumbers... I think I had another caramel medallion that evening.. can't remember . Sunday - Breakfast - 1 shake & half of Atkins bar. Lunch - turkey slices w/ cottage cheese, mixed greens, mushrooms, 1 Russell Stover's Caramel Medallion, Snack - Shake and 1/2 Atkins bar. Dinner - Baked leg quarter w/ vegetable lasagna. I had a couple of brownie bites last night too! Most of my calories are from fat & protein. I do get in plenty of carbs from the veggies, but its mostly fiber. Also the atkins bar has high fiber as well as protein.
My exercise plan has kinda went to crap, just too many other things to do in the summer! On a positive note though, the new job that I'm doing now is in a very crowded bulding, so I HAVE to park further away so that's at least some walking....still taking the stairs and am no longer gasping for air at the top of one flight.....
BUT, I am still doing well with my healthy eating.... Friday- Special K, skim milk, and strawberries....salad w/ fresh vegies, feta cheese, and lowfat Italian dressing....whole wheat spaghetti with chunky vegetable sauce. Saturday- WW toast, scrambled egg, and two slices of bacon....left over spaghetti, salad, and fresh kiwi.....grilled chicken breast, grilled veggies, and watermelon. Sunday- Special K, skim milk, and strawberries....grilled ground round burger, salad.....grilled salmon, stir fried veggies, and more watermelon....
Oh, and somewhere in there I ate three of those 40 calories ff/sf fudgsiciles. (not all at one time)
