Abstinence - Day 110
Unfortunately, I gained a pound this past May 2007. I'll have to amend my food plan so I can start losing again. Breakfast 1 banana 1 large whole grain bagel with crunchy peanut butter 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 1 cup cornmeal mush 1% milk Dinner Small pork chop on griddle 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 1 large Slimfast bar 3 cups popcorn 2 cups water Denise Phares

Are you able to exercise at all?? I have watched your progress and your foods seem fine. I'm confused as to why you aren't losing. Perhaps you need to mix it up a bit and add some exercise and perhaps some more protein? I think you said something about being at around 1600 calories. That's a very reasonable number and should allow for losses.
Try exercising, I think you'll see a difference. Even walking is better than nothing.
